Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you're buying

Premium memberships give you immediate digital access to paid features (capped contact reveals and in-app chat) for a fixed prepaid term shown at checkout. Access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your account's Billing Center.
• Cancellation stops any future renewal. Your premium access continues until the end of the current paid term.

3. Refunds

Because premium features deliver digital access immediately, membership fees are generally non-refundable once the term has started. We will, however, review and issue a refund in these cases:

• A duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a payment/technical error.
• You were charged but premium access was not delivered and we could not resolve it.
• Any case required by applicable consumer-protection law.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@memonshaadi.in from your registered email within 7 days of the charge, with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days after approval (your bank may take longer).

5. Coupons & comped time

Discounts, referral rewards, and complimentary premium time have no cash value and are not refundable.
