Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal marriageable age in India and legally free to marry. Profiles must be created for yourself or, with consent, for an immediate family member. One person, one genuine profile.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Providing false information, impersonation, or creating profiles without the person's consent may result in suspension or removal.

3. Community conduct

• Treat every member and family with respect and dignity.
• No harassment, solicitation, spam, fraud, or collection of others' data.
• Do not share another member's photos or details outside the platform without consent.
• We may moderate, block, or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Memberships & payments

Free membership lets you browse and create a profile. Premium features (capped contact reveals and in-app chat) require a paid plan. Prices and plan terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card details. Taxes may apply. Refund and cancellation terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We provide a platform for introductions. We do not guarantee matches, responses, or marriage outcomes, and we are not a party to any relationship formed. Members are responsible for their own due diligence before meeting or sharing information.

6. Verification

Our verification (account, family reference, and admin review) is a good-faith trust measure, not a background check. Always exercise your own judgement.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, brand and design are owned by Memon Shaadi. You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a limited licence to display it within the service to operate the platform.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for members' conduct.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
